Formula1 2009 Belgian Grand Prix Qualifying

Grand Prix racing have been staged at Spa-Francorchamps since 1925. Antonio Ascari won the inaugural event for Alfa Romeo, on the original circuit which was considerably longer than the current layout. Despite being shortened the modern version of Spa retains many of the original corners, including the fearsome Eau Rouge. This high speed uphill sweeper is arguably the best place in the world to watch a Formula 1 car in action.source: Formula1.com

Formula1 2009 European Grand Prix

Valencia has long cast off its former image of an industrial port city and has emerged as one of Europe’s cultural metropolises. The marina in Valencia – Spain’s third-largest city, with a population of around 850,000 – has been transformed into a trendy, modern complex on the back of the America’s Cup held there in 2007.The Valencia track has 25 corners and a minimum width of 14 metres all the way around the lap. F1 Turkish GP Qualifying 2009

We are counting down to the qualifying session at the Istanbul Park circuit which will flag off at 1100 GMT. The stage for qualifying was set when three different drivers topped the three Free Practice sessions over the weekend. Nico Rosberg of Williams, Heikki Kovalainen of McLaren and Felipe Massa of Ferrari set the pace during the sessions that preceeded this one. It will be interesting to see how the contest for pole position shapes up as Brawn GP remains at loggerheads with Ferrari for the most coveted spot on the grid. Meanwhile McLaren, Red Bull, and Toyota will be fine-tuning their set up for the big battle for grid positions ahead of Sunday’s race. 2009 Monaco Grand Prix (Qualifiers) – Monte Carlo

Coverage of the all-important qualifying session of the 2009 Monaco Grand Prix. The weekend has so far seen Brawn GP, Mclaren and Ferrari as the most dominant outfits, with both drivers from the three teams finding a place in the top 8 slots on the time sheets for all three practice sessions. Rubens Barrichello and Fernando Alonso who topped the first and third practice runs respectively would certainly like to count themselves as serious contenders for the coveted P1 at Monaco. But it will be anybody’s guess what the order will be at the end of this qualifying run which will begin, a short while form now.
